VULKOLLAN / Customised products Cervellati has manufactured more than 1,500 different articles in Vulkollan® Our main products: Wheels produced according to customer design Diameter from 20 to 800 mm and with a weight up to 35 Kg. These wheels can be produced with a metal insert in C40 steel, Aisi 303 and 304 stainless steel, aluminium, bronze, cast iron, or a plastic such as Ertalon. We can supply iron rings with diameters to 700 mm manufactured using calender, welding, and lathe techniques with tolerances that allow them to be fitted on solid hubs, then coated up to a diameter of 800 mm. Sectors of major use include: industrial wheels, bottling, mechanical industry, automatic and packaging machines, labelling systems, wire-guided conveyor systems, airport, paper, ceramic, cement mixing sectors. Buffers for nail guns, bushes for truck axles, contrast and pick-up grippers for automatic and mechanical machines, guides for bar loaders, components for footwear manufacturing, flexible couplings, joints, springs, shock absorbers, rotors, funnels and components for centrifuges, bushes, washers, valve seats, shock absorbers for hydraulic breakers, bearing coverings. The necessary equipment, always supplied in accordance with customer demands, can be supplied by one of our external agents or directly by the customer. The metal inserts can also be supplied by Cervellati or the customer. We can supply components manufactured using parallel lathes, CNC machines, grinding machines, water-cutting machines, milling machines, CNC machining centres. We can manufacture moulds or water-cut components using your designs supplied on diskette in the following languages: IGES, DWG, DXF.
